Indian Wells Tennis Garden

The state-of-the art facility opened in March, 2000 showcasing the second largest tennis stadium in the world and a full-service tennis club. Former player and tournament chairman of the Pacific Life Open, Charlie Pasarell, together with his partner, Raymond Moore and former partner International Management Group privately funded the $77 million dynamic development. Pasarell’s vision was to create the best tennis facility at the dawning of a new century for everyone involved - both professional and amateur players, spectators, sponsors and the media. This is the standard by which all tennis facilities, past, present and future, will be judged.
